Waterpark and Activities
The resort features a water complex with a beach-like shoreline pool, Captain Hook's Kids' pool with pirate ship, and three water slides. Daily activities include aqua aerobics, fire dance performances, and themed dances. Pororo Park is a two-story indoor theme park with merry-go-round, 4D rider, jungle gym, and game zone. Other facilities include mini golf, giant chess, go-kart bikes, and fish feeding.

The hotel is in a convenient location, perfect for families with kids, and offers stylish rooms in good condition. The service was a letdown but made up for by room upgrade and late check-out offers. The dining options were typical, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the stylish room design was lovely, but unfortunately, the defective aircon made it hard to get quality sleep. The location was perfect for exploring near the shore, but the noise from J park could be bothersome at times.
The hotel is ideally located downtown, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms have a stylish design, but the air conditioning was faulty. The service was exceptional, offering a room upgrade and late check-out, although contact with the restaurant manager was disappointing. The hotel boasts various water sports activities on the beachfront but lacks a waterpark nearby.
I had a wonderful time at the resort, especially with the rooms offering massage beds and personal Jacuzzis. It was a hit with my kids staying on the upper floors. However, there was some disappointment with the service provided at the reception desk for my check-out.
My stay at the resort was a delightful experience overall. The rooms on the upper floors, despite the aircon issue, were well-maintained and in good condition, making it a great choice for families with kids. However, the service, particularly during check-out, was disappointing. The location was convenient, especially for exploring downtown Mactan, but it was a bit far from any casino. Dining options were limited to cereals only, which was a downside. Yet, the facilities at the resort were top-notch, offering a range of amenities for a comfortable stay.
